Mold in a Bathroom

This was a mold damage in Lincoln. It was in a high school bathroom and had traveled through the bathroom. We had to tear out most of the walls and replace them. We were able to explain the damage and the restoration process to the customer so there was no confusion. We went over any questions they might have and got started on the work as quickly as possible. We made sure to keep contact with the customer constantly so there was no confusion about what was going on with the job. We were able to get the job done quickly and easily. The customer was very happy with the job and will be recommending us to other people as well. They said they definitely be using SERVPRO for other things that occur in the future.
